• Create, curate, maintain, and optimize web site related content, knowledge base, and email template content, prioritizing appropriately and ensuring content solutions follow our content strategy guidelines.
• Use data driven approach to create content into the user experience and illustrate the value of content in the experience
• Transform information from multiple sources into concise, user-centric content solutions Navigate ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy to deliver content that adds measurable value to the brand
• Curate content recommendations to attract highe end audience
• Collaborate on the approach and expected outcomes, use excellent judgement to navigate conflicting opinions
• Act as a team ambassador, advocating for our users and crafting solutions with our vision, mission, and strategy in mind
