Our refund policy on all ready to ship items is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Ready to Ship items customization are eligibel for exchange within 30 days of purchase with other equlant value items. Any price difference will be paid by the customer. 

Customized items, made to order items such as specially engraved with your name, your ring size, your necklace length, bracelet length are eligible for refunds for 70% of the invoice amount. In the event of exchange, customized jewelry can be excahnged with other items for 70% of the original invoice amount in 45 days period form the original purchase date. 

We do not accept items that are altered, modified by other jewelers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We have created Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit return request first from your aumika account. you can login at 

Once you login, You can see your recently purchased items to request to return. Choose the item and submit request. Once you submit request, Our team will review, authorize and send you return shipping label with tracking number in the account. 

The Shipping label will have the address where to send merchandise. Once we receive the merchandise, upon inspection we process refunds. Shipping Our products are shipped within the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the meanwhile, You can track your refund status from your aumika account.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
